How do I contact support?

We're reachable several ways:
- On-site chat — the support button in the bottom-right corner. If an agent is online we'll reply right away; otherwise we'll open a ticket and reply in your notifications/email.
- Telegram — message our bot @GlobetSupportBot.
- Email — the support address shown on the site.
To get help faster, describe the issue in detail and include a transaction hash or payment ID for deposit/withdrawal questions.
